Snoozelen

A snoezelen is a room providing a sensory experience in an atmosphere of relaxation. The sensory experiences can be arranged to stimulate the senses without the need of intellectual activity. The room is inviting, calming, comfortable and can provide relaxation or stimulation in an acceptable manner. Lighting smells sounds all add to the experience. In times of stress can provide a calming experience for participants.

The snoezelen is available for hire to organisations or individuals and free to members

Room Hire

Rooms are available for hire for small meetings or training. The rooms can be equipped with overhead projector flip charts TV/video, screens. Tea and coffee are also provided within the cost. For further details contact Epilepsy West Lothian.
